People's Choice Awards 2010

It was the fashion I was waiting to see at the People's Choice Awards more than the results (however True Blood did pick up the award for favorite TV obsession much to my delight) Not everyone made the right choice however. Here's a run up of the hot, and the some what not red carpet season openers.
Contenders for 'Best dressed':
'Grecian Goddess' was the hottest trend at this years People Choice. With one strap gowns like Taraji P. Henson's flattering lilac dress by Alberta Ferretti to the sleek and sexy which we saw from Diane Kruger rocking the red carpet in Hervé Léger.

But for me it was Kate Walsh's vintage sequin number that dazzled (literally). Simple yet sophsicated. Timeless but trendy. It ticked all the boxes. And when announcing that her little gold dress held no label or designer, she stunned all. Walsh made the right choice (giving credit to her stylist) pairing the decadent mini with chunky wooden heeled platforms.

Contenders for 'Worst dressed':

Ill-fitted and odly accessorised?! These are 5 dresses I just wasn't feeling. You can see for yourself why I came to these nominations.

What was Francia Raisa thinking? The 'Bring It On' actress wasn't bringing anything to the red carpet at the 2010 award show. Quite frankly she looked like a meringue, covered from neck to knee in white organza, and if the overload of fabric wasn't enough the high neck and elasticated bottom we're so unflattering.
