How we can do it:

To pull of the 'opulence' trend you need to think luxury, sumptuousness and wealth and that doesn't necessarily mean spending a lot - as I have proven. Gold embroidery, dark velvet and feathers give a decadent look, and wear shades of red, blue and black. With this trend there is no limit on the amount of jewlery and accessories that should be worn. The more the better.
